BC Transit and the Resort Municipality of Whistler are looking to get feedback on 10 Valley Express. As part of the 2022 Transit Future Action Plan, a pilot project was implemented in September 2022 that introduced route variations to the 10 Valley Express in response to improving efficiency as well as improving safety.
The deviation included shortening the route in Function Junction by going down Millar Creek Road instead of Alpha Lake Road. It also includes turning into Whistler Village and down Northlands Boulevard to allow for riders to make transfers to other routes, and improving safety by not making riders cross the highway during dark hours of the day.
After the first few months, we want to hear back from the public in regards to how its working.
Public engagement for this plan has now concluded, and the results are currently being summarized. Please check back in the coming months for updates.
We want to hear from you!
