Crawford OnDemand - Service Check-in

In partnership with VIA Transportation, BC Transit and the City of Kelowna introduced a new type of transit service to Crawford which launched on April 28th 2024. 15 Crawford OnDemand operates all day 7 days a week with varying service levels. During the week, fixed-route service still operates at 8:00am and 3:30pm for school students to rely on.

In September 2023, we engaged the community of Crawford and nearby areas on how they felt about existing service in their neighbourhood with the fixed-route 15 Crawford. We are hoping to get your feedback on how the new service works for you and whether or not to continue it or expand it.
