BC Transit, in partnership with the Cowichan Valley Regional District, is looking to make changes to the route 66 Duncan Commuter. We're exploring moving one of the existing early morning trips to later in the morning to accommodate non-commuter travel. We're looking for feedback from existing and prospective users about which trip time can change and what time should that trip be changed to. The public engagement for this project is now closed. We thank everyone who participated and provided feedback about the proposed changes.
In September 2023 we will be making several changes to the Cowichan Valley Commuter routes. Please stay tuned for more details as they become available.
This change was originally identified as part of the 2023 Cowichan Valley Transit Future Action Plan. The 66 Duncan Commuter is funded by fares and contributions from the Cowichan Valley Regional District, Capital Regional District, and Province of BC.
