How would you improve BCTransit.com?

We want to hear from you! We are gathering feedback from our colleagues to understand how you use BCTransit.com, what isn’t working with our current website and what improvements can be made. Later in fall 2024, we’ll reach out to the public and external stakeholders for their input on the new site. Community and stakeholder engagement is core to how BC Transit operates and makes decisions, and they also play a key role in how we redevelop the website.

This information will help to provide additional context on functionality, presentation, and content that may be of interest to the www.bctransit.com website users.
