The City of Cranbrook and BC Transit are working to improve the City’s Transit services without increasing the cost to taxpayers, and your input is important as we consider changes.
This survey has questions for both conventional public transit service as well as handyDART service.
Cranbrook Transit provides service to major destinations and residential areas in Cranbrook. Decisions on fares, routes, and service levels are made by Cranbrook City Council based on information and planning provided by BC Transit. Buses are operated by Keolis Canada. The service is funded by the City and the Province, with fare revenue going entirely to the City.
This survey will be available from January 15 to February 15, 2026.
