I wasn't aware this plan was being developed and missed the summer engagement period. Just want to say that transit from Sidney to the Sidney industrial park area is abysmal. I live in downtown Sidney and would love to be able to bus to work in west Sidney (near Mills and McDonald). Bus service to this area is laughable despite the number of people working in this area. The only option is the #85 which goes every 2 hrs. My options would be the 7:30am (gets me to work 30 min early) or 9:30am (gets me there 90 min late). Coming home is even worse as I would end up leaving at either 3:30 (too early) or 5:30 (too late) and then you would end up doing a 45 min toodle through North Saanich to get back to downtown Sidney. No wonder almost everyone drives.
