  • Sidney Transit Hub Engagement Survey

    Introduction 

    BC Transit, in partnership with the Town of Sidney, is planning a new Transit Hub that will improve transit service in Sidney and across the Saanich Peninsula. With growing demand for transit, we need an efficient space to keep buses running reliably and on time. Once the design has been finalized and funding is secured, the Transit Hub will make buses easier to access, help BC Transit offer more frequent service, support future RapidBus service, and create a more comfortable ridership experience so everyone can get where they need to go faster. The illustration below shows the initial concept for the Transit Hub at the intersection of Seventh Street and Bevan Avenue. About 1,500 people are expected to use the Transit Hub each day.
