We would like to thank to everyone who contributed to the development of the plan.The Highway 16 transit service has been in operation since 2017 and consists of four main routes: the 161 Burns Lake/Prince George, 162 Burns Lake/Smithers, 163 Hazeltons/Smithers, 164 Hazeltons/Terrace. The purpose of this service review is to understand what works well and what can be improved. BC Transit, through public engagement and analysis of the system performance, will make recommendations on how to implement any required changes.The public engagement for this project is now closed.
