This survey is meant to help us understand how effective BC Transit is on our social media channels. We’re collecting some basic data and personal feedback to see what’s working well and where we can do better. Your responses will help us improve how we connect with riders online and make the experience more useful for you. We are collecting some demographic information strictly for analysis purposes.
